GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">This document (“Rules”) describes the terms and conditions of the “The Witcher in Concert: Vienna Afterparty” Contest (further: “Contest”).<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">We invite you (we will later refer to you also as the “Contestant”) to share a short response to the question: why would you like to celebrate The Witcher in Concert tour together with us? (“Entry”).<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">You should send us the Entry in the form of completing the Google Form via this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/B9f6Ga6K2PLwwFgU9\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/B9f6Ga6K2PLwwFgU9<\/a>. You can find detailed submissions’ requirements in § 4.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Prizes will be awarded to the Contestants who create the most creative and original Entries, share them with us during the Contest Period and submit all the other necessary information detailed in § 6 (“Winner(s)”). We will award up to 300 Winners, and reserve the right to increase the number of awarded Winners, should we see fit.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Contest is organized by CD PROJEKT S.A., a company with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 03-301, ul. CONTESTANTS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">You can participate in the Contest if you are at least 18 years old on the day of entering the Contest and you have full legal capacity, i.e. you can independently enter into legal transactions, including binding contracts, in accordance with your local law.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">You cannot participate in the Contest if you are an employee or close business associate of the Organizer or of its affiliates, subsidiaries, manufacturers, sales representatives or advertising agencies; or a member of such person's immediate family.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 3. CONTEST DATES<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Contest begins on October 23, 2025 and ends on November 5, 2025 at 23:59 CET (“Contest Period”).&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Winners will be contacted via the email shared in the Entry submitted via the form by November 7, 2025 at 23:59 CET at the latest.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 4. SUBMISSIONS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">In order to participate in the Contest you have to send us your Entry in accordance with the Rules as set below.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Every Entry should be saved and shared in the Google Form submission form. Entries which do not meet these requirements will not be taken into consideration for the purpose of the Contest.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Send us your Entry via the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfyNn07wTFZjr9C0wwViYsE-n7YF3V5lWYVInbp3XsuFOuruQ\/viewform?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=102827423758993159450\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Google Form<\/a>. Entries submitted in any other way do not qualify for the Contest.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">You can send us one entry per person. Only the first Entry you send us will qualify for the Contest, additional Entries sent by you will not be taken into consideration for the purpose of the Contest.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">It is not permitted to make submissions on behalf of other people, aside from sharing the name of a plus one.&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Entry has to be in line with the provisions of applicable law. In particular, the Entry shall not infringe someone else’s copyrights, trademarks or other Intellectual Property or personal rights.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify a Contestant’s Entry if:<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">a) it violates the provisions of applicable law or the Contest Rules; or<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">b) the Entry may be considered racist, xenophobic, sexist, defamatory or otherwise offensive, illegal or infringing on a third party’s intellectual property or personal rights.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 5. DECISION<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">1. Up to 300 Winners will be selected by the jury consisting of the representatives of the Organizer’s Community Team (“Contest Committee”). The Contest Committee will have at least three members, and its composition will always be odd. The Winners will be chosen by a simple majority of votes.<\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">2. The Contest Committee will choose the Winners based on the most creative and original responses of their Entry.<\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">3. The Contest Committee’s decision is final.<\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 6. PRIZES<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Winners will receive the following prizes (“<strong>Prizes<\/strong>”):<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">a) Invitation to attend The Witcher in Concert: Vienna Afterparty valued approximately USD $70.00\/USD $140.00 if attending with a plus one&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Prizes will be delivered electronically via email.&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Organizer reserves the right to award other special prizes at its sole discretion.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">For avoidance of doubt, the Prize pool described above is common for all Contestants, irrespective of the language version of the Rules displayed to the Contestant.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Winners will be informed about the Contest results via direct messages on the email addresses they used to submit the Entry (please make sure you check your email, so you won’t miss the message). The message will be sent to all Winners by November 7, 2025 at 23:59 CET at the latest mentioned in § 3 point 2 above.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Each Winner will need to message the Organizer to confirm whether they accept the Prize and will be in attendance of The Witcher in Concert: Vienna Afterparty prior to November 11, 2025 at 23:59 CET.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">If the Winner fails to provide the Organizer with all the information described in point 5 above or refuses to accept the Prize, we retain the right to award the win to another Contestant, and thus award such Prize to another Contestant or to refrain from awarding this particular Prize.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">If applicable, on the Organizer’s request, the Winner shall provide the Organizer with the up-to-date and valid tax residency certificate issued by his or her country of tax residence and with filled and signed beneficial owner statement (example attached in Annex A), before the Prizes are transferred.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 7. PRIZE-RELATED COSTS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Organizer will cover the costs of the tax due on the Prize according to the Polish law and for all inclusions related to The Witcher in Concert: Vienna Afterparty specific to the venue hosting the event at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/\/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x89c25b493b5ae649:0xfbaa9e9d6f1ddde0?sa=X&amp;ved=1t:8290&amp;ictx=111\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> <\/a>Roland-Rainer-Platz 1, 1150 Wien, Austria. Apart from that, Contestants will be solely responsible for the payment of any additional national, federal, state, local or other taxes of any kind in relation to any Prize.&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">On Organizer’s request, the Winner has to provide the Organizer with all documents and information required by applicable law. Such documents and information may include in particular information required for fulfilling tax, anti-money laundering and\/or anti-fraud obligations and have to be submitted within seven (7) calendar days upon delivery of Organizer’s request to the Winner.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 8. CONTESTANT’S OBLIGATIONS AND DECLARATIONS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">By publishing your Entry in accordance with the Rules you (as a Contestant) confirm that you fulfil the requirements set out in the Rules.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">By publishing your Entry, you agree that if you become one of the Winners, the Organizer may use your name on the door list of the event to identify you to allow entrance into The Witcher in Concert: Vienna Afterparty.&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">By publishing your Entry, you also declare that it is your own original work and that it does not infringe the rights of any third parties.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><br><\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 9. COPYRIGHTS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">By publishing your Entry, you (the Contestant) grant us (the Organizer), a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Entry for the purpose of the Contest, including providing the Entry to the Contest Committee.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">License referred to in §9 point 1:<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">is granted for an indefinite period of time in case of the Entries of Winners;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">will be terminated immediately if the Contestant does not become a Winner on the announcement day referred to in § 3 point 2 above.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\"><br><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 10. PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Your personal data controller is CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, Poland, ul. Jagiellońska 74, 03-301 Warszawa.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">All information provided by the Contestants for the purposes of the Contest is provided voluntarily, however it may be necessary to participate in the Contest and in case of the Winners - also in order to receive the Prizes.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">We may process the following personal data of yours:<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Contestant: name and surname or nick\/pseudonym, email address, any other personal data included in the Entry (if applicable), information provided within the course of communication with the Organizer (if applicable);<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Winner: name and surname or nick\/pseudonym, correspondence address, information required by law (e.g. for tax purposes); likeness, other personal data provided within the course of communication with the Organizer (if applicable).<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the Contest in which you participate, in particular for the purpose of assessing submissions, awarding Prizes, announcing results, communicating with the Contestants and providing the Winners with Prizes.&nbsp;<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">We respect your privacy rights, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit its processing, transfer it, a right not to be a subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and to object to the processing of your personal data.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You will find detailed information&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;on how we process your personal data in our Privacy Policy available here:<a href=\"https:\/\/regulations.cdprojektred.com\/en\/privacy_policy\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> https:\/\/regulations.cdprojektred.com\/en\/privacy_policy<\/a>.)<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 11. INDEMNITY<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Organizer will not cover any potential costs incurred by the Contestant in connection with the Contest, including entering the Contest, preparing and submitting the Entry and receiving the Prize, subject to § 7 above.<\/p><p><br><\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-center\"><strong>§ 12. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Rules are published in the following language versions: English.<\/li><li class=\"red-crystal-news--align-justify\">The Rules are governed and construed in accordance with Polish law. WETTBEWERBSTEILNEHMER<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Ihr könnt am Wettbewerb teilnehmen, wenn ihr am Tag der Wettbewerbsteilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt und voll geschäftsfähig seid, d. h. wenn ihr in Übereinstimmung mit eurem lokalen Recht selbständig Rechtsgeschäfte, einschließlich verbindlicher Verträge, abschließen dürft.<\/li><li>Eine Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ist nur für Menschen mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland, Österreich oder der Schweiz möglich.<\/li><li>Ihr dürft nicht am Wettbewerb teilnehmen, wenn ihr ein Angestellter oder enger Geschäftsfreund des Veranstalters oder Partners oder ihrer verbundenen Unternehmen, Tochtergesellschaften, Hersteller, Handelsvertreter oder Werbeagenturen oder ein Mitglied der unmittelbaren Familie einer solchen Person seid.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-left\"><br><\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-left\"><strong>&nbsp;§ 3. WETTBEWERBSDATEN<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Der erste Wettbewerb beginnt am 08. August 2025 und endet am 15. August 2025, 23:59 MESZ („<strong>Wettbewerbszeitraum<\/strong>“).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Die Gewinner werden spätestens am 18. August 2025 öffentlich bekannt gegeben.<\/li><\/ol><p><br><\/p><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-left\"><strong>§ 4. EINREICHUNGEN<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Um an dem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, müsst ihr uns euren Beitrag den folgenden Regeln entsprechend übermitteln.<\/li><li>Jeder Beitrag sollte als Beitrag auf sozialen Netzwerken öffentlich einsehbar veröffentlicht werden. Euer Beitrag darf aus Text bestehen. Insbesondere darf der Beitrag keine Copyrights, Markenzeichen oder anderen geistigen Eigentumsrechte oder Persönlichkeitsrechte verletzen.<\/li><li>Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, den Beitrag eines Teilnehmers unter folgenden Umständen zurückzuweisen oder zu disqualifizieren:<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"red-crystal-news--align-left\">a) Er verstößt gegen die Bestimmungen des anwendbaren Rechts oder die Wettbewerbsregeln.
