1. Q: I have not received the e-mail with the activation link. What should I do?
A: Click and follow the instructions.
2. Q: I have entered the registration key and finished registration. I have not received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
A: Log on the forum. Information about your registered games can be viewed in your profile. If “The Witcher” does not figure among your games contact us.
3. Q: The entered registration key is not valid.
A: Check whether you have typed in the registration key correctly. If the problem persists contact us.
4. Q: I receive an alert “ Your e-mail address has to be verified before you can log in.”
A: Before you can login for the first time you have to activate your account by clicking a link in your coinfirmation e-mail. If you didn’t receive one please follow this link.
