On 1 October 2009, CD Projekt Investment and Optimus S.A. signed a letter of intent regarding a future transaction that will result in Optimus acquiring 100% of the capital stock in CDP Investment, and in CDP Investment stockholders becoming shareholders in Optimus.
In acquiring 100% of the stock in CDP Investment, Optimus will become the indirect owner of the CDP Group, while the former stockholders of CD Projekt Investment will become owners of 50% of the shares in Optimus S.A.
