After many weeks of work, thousand of brainstorm sessions and hectolitres of coffee we would like to present you the official logo of our upcoming game, The Witcher: Rise of the White Wolf. Please have a look.  As you can see, we decided to ditch the idea of plain text and create something more interesting and eye catching. It’s similar to what we originally unveiled when we announced the game, but it’s still a bit different. Different enough to warrant a news post and an official unveiling  We really like it… what about you? |

I love it! Colours, slashes, font, name, game... everything. Great job.
(and the new layout looks fantastic, too!)

I like it.. nice font and layout.. i really like the slashes, but can't help feeling that there should be a third slash since it's the third version of the game, the original edition, enhanced edition and finally Rise of the White Wolf |

Soon (not today or this week or anything) we'll get Benedykt to work on a blog post that shows the process of getting to this logo... along with some rejected directions. Glad you like it!

What I would like to know, if someone would answer, is what exactly is in the ground of the text? It looks like, foreground/background/imposition... whatever you call it. It seems that the lettering is made to look see through, but what is the image behind it?  |
