I. GENERAL RULES

- This document contains the set of rules for The Witcher Adventure Editor Contest

- The contests is organized by thewitcher.com webpage which is owned by CD Projekt RED
- CD Projekt RED reserves the right to change the rules of the contest
- All changes of rules will be announced in public.
II. MEMBERS AND AIM OF THE CONTEST

- Uploading/sending a project to is treated as application for the contest.
- Group of contestants can apply by choosing one representative who will upload/send the projects

- The aim of the contest is to promote D’jinni – The Witcher Adventure Editor
III. CONDITIONS AND RULES

- Contest results will be published on www.thewitcher.com/community webpage
- Every contestant can upload/send more than one project for every stage
- Contestants can provide a nickname instead of Name and Surname
- Uploading/sending a project to is treated as agreement to the contest rules
- The main conditions to participate in the contest is: 1) sending the projects on time; 2) keeping the proper format.
- Contestant uploading/sending their project: 1) declares, that s/he owns the property rights to the uploaded/sent work and transfers them to CD Projekt RED. CDPR will use this rights the publication and/or other distribution of the project. If necessary, it will also alter the project to correctly fit the contest assumptions; 2) declares, that the project hadn’t been published anywhere else; 3) agrees for his personal data to be processed and published: name, surname and/or nick (the contestant should give at least one of these for the project to be published on thewitcher.com. Name and surname can be reserved, however the winner must give them together with other data, so he could be sent the prize).
- The organizers are not obliged to send the materials back, or refund any money involved in preparing the work.
- The organizers reserve the right to publish the works that have not been rewarded.
- Sending an e-mail to equals entering the contest
- Works from stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 should be sent to
- Works from sta ges 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be sent by e-mail as an attachement Or by sending a link to external server
- You can enter the contest at any time, provided you send the work, which includes all requirements from the previous stages
- After 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stage we will publish official solution templates made by designer from CD Projekt RED.
- Both single stage projects and the ready 5-elemet adventure will be judged
- Final adventures (after the 5th stage of the contest) should be sent using the tool available on our site (http://www.thewitcher.com/community/en/adventures/)
- Projects will be rated by CD Projekt RED designers

- CD Projekt RED reserves the right to disallow or refuse to rate a project which will contain errors or inappropriate content
IV. PRIZES

- CD Projekt RED will reward best projects from first four stages of the contest and 3 best overall projects after stage 5
