“… progress has clearly been made in the months between the two events [E3 and GC 2006].”

“We really, really hope The Witcher will get a big hit when it finally comes out - the game and the people really deserve that.”

“…the game does have quite a few elements that show promise.”

The game puts a few new twists on the standard role-playing genre with a new and unique storyline.

"The D’jinni toolset is a brand new invention. We have managed to create a modern and powerful tool."

As always, the game’s definitive feature is the idea of consequences. Every action the player takes, or doesn’t take, has a consequence.

The first one we got to see was the combat system. They did a really good job as to animate the moves and add some visual effects

The demonstration of the game revealed a rich world and immersive game that will definitely challenge and definitely pull gamers into the game’s deep story.

I was impressed by this development team and could actually see this game making quite a dramatic stand in the RPG world.
"It is, by far, the best CRPG to come down the pike since Baldur’s Gate II."
